December 7th event, Ammo Crate Radio upgrades, Ignition Switch, etc!
I took the Jeep out to a Pearl Harbor event at the Planes of Fame Air Museum, where I tried a new amp board for my Ammo Crate radio and added some new upgrades. I took a NOS ignition switch for a special project, some new accessories for the Jeep, and more!

GPW Axle work begins & Halloween Event!
Finally, after nearly 10 months, the 1943 GPW axles I’ve been slowly restoring to replace the CJ axles currently on the Jeep are starting to be put back together! After several weeks of issues getting the ring and pinions set, both axles are finally set! Now to put them together. This week, I started work on the rear axle first, with everything from adding the drum bearings to setting the brakes!

Return of the Starter
It’s December! This week saw a lot of work, including the replacement of the cracked intake manifold (see last week’s update), the return of the rebuilt starter, fixing the toolbox lids, and more!
